With a master’s degree in Arts and Culture Management, Anfal has led large-scale cultural projects such as the National Cultural Awards and the Cultural Public Engagement Strategy at the Saudi Ministry of Culture. Her work includes global cultural contributions, from curating learning and engaging areas for exhibitions at Pratt Manhattan Gallery to co-founding Huna Art in the Eastern Province. Anfal's experience spans both local and international projects, aligning creative vision with community-driven initiatives.

Her leadership in public engagement initiatives, strategic planning, and building partnerships underscores her commitment to creating sustainable cultural ecosystems. She is a driving force in Saudi Arabia’s cultural development, empowering local talent while bridging Eastern and Western artistic perspectives.

Communications & Social Development Advisor

A communications and social development advisor with over a decade of experience, she has led impactful initiatives across multiple sectors, including investments, chemicals, and advertising. Most recently, she developed nationwide communication strategies aimed at sustainable social development, aligning corporate goals with community-driven change.

Armed with an MSc in Social Development Practice from UCL and a BSc in Marketing from Dammam University,, she leverages both academic insights and hands-on expertise to drive social impact.

Her extensive experience in cultural dialogue, community empowerment, and volunteerism is complemented by a deep passion for promoting literature, supporting women, and developing impactful policies and programs. By bridging corporate objectives with meaningful cultural engagement, she builds initiatives that connect people, ideas, and communities.
